We are looking for a proactive, creative and organised Digital and AI Implementation Lead to help drive efficiency, innovation and brand growth across the business.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital and AI Implementation Lead to take ownership of our digital presence, marketing activity and AI-driven process improvement across the company.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with operational thinking. You will lead on digital communications, paid advertising and brand visibility, while also identifying opportunities to implement AI tools and streamlined systems that improve efficiency across teams.
The role is broad and will suit someone who is comfortable working across multiple areas of the business, from social media and podcast publishing to campaign management, newsletters, reporting and wider digital support. We are looking for someone with an AI-first approach, who is willing to learn, test and deploy AI tools and AI agents across projects, and who can help automate repetitive tasks and improve the way we work across the company.
Key Responsibilities
AI Implementation and Digital Efficiency

Adopt an AI-first approach to day-to-day work and business improvement

Identify opportunities to introduce AI tools, automation and AI agents across the company

Learn, test and deploy AI solutions to improve efficiency and streamline workflows

Automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks using AI tools and agents where appropriate

Work with different departments to understand current processes and recommend improvements

Help embed new digital ways of working across the business

Monitor the effectiveness of digital tools and AI solutions and suggest ongoing improvements
Marketing, Advertising and Campaign Management

Plan, create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
-
Lead on email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, audience management and performance tracking

Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant online platforms
-
Monitor advertising performance, budgets and return on investment, making recommendations to improve results
-
Support brand awareness and lead generation through targeted digital activity

Review campaign performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations
Social Media and Online Presence

Manage the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms
-
Oversee and maintain the company’s wider online presence, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and aligned with the brand

Create, schedule and publish engaging content aligned with the company’s priorities
-
Develop content ideas to support growth, engagement and visibility
-
Monitor social media performance, online engagement and digital trends to inform future activity
Newsletters and Communications

Coordinate and produce internal and external newsletters
-
Draft and edit clear, engaging communications for different audiences
-
Ensure communications are consistent in tone, branding and messaging
Podcast and Media Support

Manage podcast publishing, including scheduling, upload coordination, episode descriptions and promotional content

Support the promotion of podcast content across digital channels
-
Assist with event-related media content, including photography, video, social content and post-event promotion where required
Reporting and Wider Team Support

Support with reporting on marketing performance, digital activity and other business data where needed

Assist with ad hoc projects across the company as part of a collaborative team environment
-
Contribute to wider business development and operational projects when required

Work closely with colleagues across the business and support wider team priorities where needed
Person Specification
Essential
-
Experience in a digital marketing, communications, content or similar role
-
Strong understanding of social media management, paid advertising and email marketing
-
Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar paid digital campaigns
-
A willingness to learn, adopt and use AI in a practical business setting
-
An AI-first mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities for automation and improved efficiency
-
Interest in learning, testing and implementing AI tools and agents across a range of projects and workflows
-
Excellent written communication skills
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Confident using digital platforms, systems and reporting tools

Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a broad role
